RETURNS

Items purchased on JoNayor.com may be returned to JoNayor.com for store credit within 7 days from when you receive your order. Returns are only accepted for unworn, undamaged and unaltered items in their original packaging (JoNayor gift box and/or pouch).

 for return requests and instructions. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than JoNayor.com.

 

 

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Custom orders may not be returned.

Jo Nayor does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and taxes. JoNayor.com/EarStylist.com is not liable for these costs.
